Return Policy 

1. Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the product.

The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original 

packaging.


2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective/damaged product, please contact us within 7 days.

In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs and issue a full refund.


3. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued within 10 business days.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.


4. Ineligible Items

Personal use products (e.g., earbuds, for hygiene reasons).

Products on sale/clearance may not be eligible for returns.
